We were impressed with your organization skills, commitment and team work. You all put so much hard work into it and it was a great pleasure for us to be able to be a part of this event. We are always feel welcome and amongst friend in your midst and it is truly a wonderful experience to see so many talented young and sometimes not so young chefs, giving their best effort to display their skills. The level of motivation was incredible.Once again, thank you so much and we hope to see you all in Hong Kong soon

On behalf of Hocatsu (M) Sdn Bhd, I write to congratulate you and your organising committee for an excellent event, the Penang Salon Gastronomie and Battle of the Chefs 2007. Both Mathews and I were impressed by the professionalism of your team by means of your teamwork, organising ability and execution.
Given the immense pressure of the three day event, your team's hospitality, patience and willingness to co-operate and serve participants, sponsors, judges and visitors alike were truly tangible and definitely something you can shout about. I believe the weeks and days in the run-up to the event were even more hectic and pressing.
I am pleased with the participation and turnout. Also, your ability to draw so many participants throughout Malaysia, judges from so many other nations, and support from the relevant government bodies demonstrates the confidence and seriousness of those involved in our ever-evolving industry. With this achievement, I am sure you will receive an even better response in 2009.
